Cedric Kang, ProlepSys’s Founder and Engineering Director
He used to be on the team of information system of the Department of Planning and Management Control of an international Bank, he provided the functions of IT business analyst project manager on this area. Holding a Master of Engineering Degree in Information System and Telecommunication from ESIGETEL (French Engineering School), his main role was to secure the perimeter of the Information System defined by the organization. On this position, he has enabled it to evolve in a financial environment and be familiar with the concepts of management and accounting in bank in which the main problems encountered relate to the flows entering the treatment and management of data quality and the outflow as well as refunds of data in reporting.

In addition, he developed his expertise in conceptual analysis, functional and technical (relational and multidimensional) and control tools related to the function. The contacts with different partners (business and IT managers, consultants …) brought an ease in reporting relationships, helped to strengthen communication skills, and allowed to acquire a sense of responsibility and understand the importance of the teamwork in project management.

Kamaroudin Sos, ProlepSys’s Co-Founder and Project Director
He has a profile that combines both technical and business. With 5 years experience in the SSII Steria several missions in which France Telecom has acquired a good knowledge of how TMA project and program management in the field of telecommunications. Indeed, he was involved in each project phase and at different hierarchical levels. The initial development and design, he took over the school, manage teams and served as Project Manager. Moreover, it has a very good knowledge of standards and quality process, France Telecom is one of the most demanding companies including Standard SOX. Along the way, we also note the ease with daily work with foreigners: Moroccans, Indians and Czechs.
His Master of Engineering Degree in Information System and Telecommunication from ISEP (French Engineering School) specialized on System Integration and Project Management and his experience allows him to have an overview on its projects, needed to increase productivity and profits.

Sebastien Menet, ProlepSys’s Co-Founder and Business Director
He has a business-oriented profile developed in the course of experiments in industry and banking. He brings particular expertise in areas related to finance.
His Master of Business Degree in Finance from IPAG (French Business School) and his experiences at Dexia Credit Local France or UBS allowed him to control and operate various business intelligence technologies (Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Microsoft) in an optical efficiency of processes and responses to operational requirements.
His common missions are the preparation of budgets and financial plans, the monitoring of activity and production of monthly reports, the measurement and analysis of business performance and profitability (monitoring indicators: RoA, Cost Income …), the identification and development of relevant indicators necessary for analysis…
